WALKING:
Hiking in the National Park
Walking also means "seeing", discovering horizons and crossing boundaries! Our National Park is not just an area for walking. It is a place where you can discover and appreciate a true paradise, with apple blossoms, lush green meadows, woods and groves stretching right up to the Alpine pasture land. It is easy to understand how many people believe that this brings them closer to God.
Every week there are guided walks in the Stelvio National Park along thematic routes that take you right up to the most beautiful mountain refuges, tempting you to join in and see behind the mountain scenery. See our calendar of events for details.
„Out of the bustling valley I head for the peace of the mountains. Up there, I can hear my heart beating and find my true self. I am no longer afraid of meeting myself“(Thomas Bubendorfer)
